Bishop Robert Baker consecrated the Diocese of Birmingham in Alabama to the Immaculate Heart of Mary before the International Pilgrim Virgin Statue of Our Lady of Fatima, on Saturday, Jan. 14, at the Cathedral of St. Paul during the Fatima Centennial U.S. Tour for Peace visitation.
